Mission Statement
The purpose of the Culinary Arts Technology Program is to prepare students for entry-level employment in culinary arts careers through exposure to classical, American, and international cuisine, as well as the art of baking and patisserie. 

Department Goals
The goal of the Culinary Arts Technology Program is to provide students with a solid foundation in the methods and science of cooking so they are able to transition smoothly from academia to the workforce.
