ASSOCIATE DEGREE NURSING (ADN)


Program Outcomes


The Coahoma Community College Associate Degree Nursing Program (ADN) aspires to meet the following program outcomes:

  1. The 3-year mean for the pass rates on the NCLEX-RN for nursing graduates will meet or exceed the national associate degree nursing program mean for the same 3 year period.
  2. The 3 year mean for program or degree completion will be at or above 55%.
  3. Employers responding to the satisfaction survey will express an overall program satisfaction rating of 80% (average score of 4/Very Good) or higher.
  4. Graduates responding to the satisfaction survey will express an overall program satisfaction rating of 80% (average score of 4/Very Good) or higher.
  5. 90% of graduates will be employed as a registered nurse within 9 months after graduation.
