So you think you can ball?  Pick your 3 best players and see if you are one of the Kings and Queens of the courtyard.  Go against other teams of students, faculty and staff from campus for prizes and bragging rights.

Play in front of a huge Tiger crowd and listen to the music of the DJ and compete to see who is the best of the best at the CCC 3 on 3 competition.

In the festive spirit of our CCC Homecoming tradition, Tiger Taste will showcase a variety of food and drink and provide students (w/valid I.D.) an opportunity to sample all of the treats that are on display.  In efforts to bring awareness to health issues that plague the “Mississippi Delta”, this year’s event will also feature a “Tiger Health Habits” component that will feature information booths with representatives that will be available to discuss and distribute materials.

Enjoy Homecoming with a live evening concert with the renowned Coahoma Community College Choir featuring the energetic, stellar award winning, Grammy Award-nominated Donald Lawrence and other local artists. 

Concert is free and open to the public.

“Let The Good Times Roar” Spirit Display                  
Divisions, Departments, Clubs and Organization vie for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and Honorable mention by decorating their buildings and areas to showcase their artistic interpretation of the homecoming theme.

As a way to give support and show school spirit to the football teams of Coahoma Community College and Coahoma Early College High School, the “Walk of Champion” will encompass a specific  route so that fans can create a fan wall to swarm players on both sides of the sidewalk in order to  greet the players with loud cheers, hugs, a pat on the back, and “high fives” as we usher them into the Pinnacle for the “Super Homecoming Pep Rally.

After boosting our team to victory, we will light up the sky with our second to none Fireworks show.   The dazzling lights display, featuring more than 1,000 fireworks shells soaring up to 1,000 feet in the air while the sound of celebration can be heard from miles away.  All are welcome to attend this community event as we “Let   The Good Times Roar!”

As we say in Student Engagement, “Learn, Eat, Laugh, Play, Dance, Rest….Repeat”  (…and don’t    forget…graduate!!) 

Don’t miss the night breakfast buffet, with coffee, omelets with all the trimmings, while dancing to your favorite tunes by DJ Ipod.  Compete with your fellow students for prizes and more!

The night experience of a life time the Xperience of meeting new friends, joining your fellow tigers and lady tigers for a spirit clash, fellowship, and a showcase event where faculty, staff and students sign-up to perform talents of singing, dancing, acrobatics, acting, drumming, martial arts, playing an instrument, or other skills.  Culminating with an after party and concert with the upcoming rap-artist, Kenny Muney!

Join us for a CCC Foundation event to help support students by raising funds to supplement financial needs of students at Coahoma Community College.  “The Gala” provides an evening of upscale fine dining, live music, dancing and an awards ceremony for the friends and supporters of the College.  Everyone is invited to attend this event for a donation of $100 per person or $1000 per table of ten.

This year’s line-up features Smoove Experience Band and headliner, award winning artist Kenny Lattimore!!

Join CCC alumni and community supporters as we head to the beautiful, peaceful, pristine greens of the Tunica National Golf and Tennis Center in Robinsonville, Mississippi for our Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. (4-man scramble) $500 per team or $125 per player.

The proceeds are used to fund scholarships that will be used to assist students in completing their programs of study in the academic, career-technical and health sciences at CCC.  The funds raised also support efforts to retain students until they successfully complete their course of study.

CCC Blues and Oldies Music Festival will take place immediately after the Homecoming football game.  Tigers, ole and new embark at the stage just west of James E. Miller Stadium to revisit, revive, create friendships while singing and dancing to the sounds of authentic Clarksdale blues music and the sound of old soul 70’s.  This year’s headliner is Nathaniel Kimble! We even have something for the kids with a rap performance by Tre$waii.
