Mid-South Prestress Construction worker Greg Leverich of Elkington, Ky., awaits a hollow core concrete panel being lifted atop the first floor of Coahoma Community College’s new dormitory for women before the second floor can be added. Jerone Shaw, special projects coordinator, says the $3.9 million project will house 56 coeds and is running about a month behind schedule because of excessive wet weather. Roy Collins Construction of Cleveland is the general contractor.
